What the listing actually is
The store writes a casual idle: navigate frozen waters, break ice, reel fish, upgrade the icebreaker so ice-breaking and fishing speed up as holes expand, plant processing platforms, turn catch into products, spend on research. That is a factory loop dressed as a polar postcard. I will not add a map size or a fish count the card does not give, except where the 9 May 2025 notes mention a fish encyclopedia, extra ship models, and special fish species, plus an SDK update.
First release 5 February 2025. Version still labelled 0.1.0 on 22 September 2026. I notice the number; I do not diagnose the studio. 195.3 MB. iOS 13.0+. iOS Universal. How the Arcade loop is sold
Idle, not twitch. You are asked to manage a ship and a hole in the ice, not a joystick. The reason it is on an Arcade atlas is editorial stubbornness: short, readable systems, a still that looks like a toy diorama, a 4+ door. If that offends a purist, the category note already admits the stretch. I would rather stretch than fake a seventh shmup.
Who the card suits
Readers who want the mildest age panel on the shortlist and a rating sample that is real (830) without Raid Rush’s loot-box strip. It does not suit someone hunting 17+ idle defense; that is rank 5. It does not suit someone who needs a version newer than May 2025 — the card had not moved by the day I checked.
Money, as printed
Free with in-app purchases. IAP flag confirmed. No loot-box advisory, no contest advisory, no violence advisory on the lookup. That emptiness is information. I still will not write “no monetisation beyond cosmetics” because the store did not itemise the shop for me as cleanly as Chicken Invaders Universe did.
What it is not
It is not a fishing rod simulator with physics the listing never described. It is not Ice Fishing as a keyword stuffed into a download button. It is not hosted here. It is not “the chill one” as a brand I invented — it is a 4+ idle listing with a 4.8 from 830 ratings, checked 22 September 2026, still on version 0.1.0.
